We strive to make all of our customers as happy with their purchases as possible, whether that is a ready to ship item or a custom made piece.
Shipping costs for all returns will be at the expense of the customer.
Ready to Ship Items
Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving returned items.
If an item arrives broken due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days with a photograph of the damage. We will discuss refund or replacement, based on the circumstances and your personal preference.
We try to provide the best information and photographs to capture the true nature of color and size of our items. If your purchase does not meet your expectations of design, please contact us within 7 days with your concerns. We will discuss refund or replacement, based on the circumstances and your personal preference.
Custom Made Items
Returns, refunds, and replacements for custom made pieces will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If you are unhappy with an order for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
