Packaging & Gift Wrap Option

We carefully package each item for shipping based on the individual delicate nature of the item purchased. Aside from protective packaging, each item is wrapped with white tissue paper and natural twine, as we believe all mail should feel like opening a little gift.

If you are ordering an item for a gift, please contact us at time of purchase and let us know if you would like any special wrapping or if you would like to include a special note in the package.

There is no extra cost for gift wrapping.

Shipping: Ready to Ship Items (we ship on Fridays)

All shipments of “ready to ship” items are made on the Friday following date of purchase. If you require a faster shipment for any reason, please contact us before purchase and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Orders placed on Fridays before 9:00am CST will ship out same day.

Orders placed on Fridays after 9:00am CST will ship out the following Friday.

Shipping costs are based on weight and size of packaging, and determined by the most up to date postal costs.

All orders shipped with the United States will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested. We will provide a tracking number and estimated delivery date once shipment is processed.

Shipping: Custom Items

Unless otherwise indicated in description of items, shipping costs for custom items will be discussed during the ordering process and will be worked into the overall cost of the items.

International Shipments

Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by country of residence.

We are not able to anticipate any delay in shipment due to packages being held by international customs agencies, and it is not our responsibility to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please be aware that it is possible packages may sit in the custody of customs agents for months.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges or delays.

It is possible that oversized items may be restricted to delivery to within the Continental United States only due to International carrier restrictions.
